Restore a purchase

Open the paywall (“GO PRO”) and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. There is no separate Tile Crafter Pro account or password.

iPhone and Android

Pro is sold separately in the App Store and Google Play. A purchase restores on any device that uses the same store account (for example your iPhone and iPad with one Apple ID), but an App Store purchase does not unlock the Android app, and the other way round.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store: Apple or Google Play.
